Trademark Usage Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective November 3, 2026

1. Purpose

We love it when people build businesses with Imba and talk about it. This Policy explains how you may refer to Imba’s brand, and what requires our permission, so that nobody is confused about who is behind a product or service. It applies to everyone who uses Imba’s brand, including Customers, agencies, freelancers, affiliates, and media.

2. Imba’s marks

AMP Catalyst LLC, doing business as “Imba”, owns or has rights in the following registered and unregistered trademarks (the “Imba Marks”):

  • the names “Imba” and “IMBA”;
  • the Imba logo and logomark;
  • the “Made on IMBA” badge;
  • the former product name “gTaps”;
  • product names, slogans, and visual brand elements identified by Imba from time to time.

3. What you may do without asking

3.1 Refer to Imba truthfully. You may use the word “Imba” in plain text to accurately describe that your App or service is built on or works with Imba. Put your own brand first and use Imba only to describe compatibility. For example:

  • ✅ “Our loyalty app is built with Imba.”
  • ✅ “Acme Studio — we build Telegram Mini Apps on Imba.”
  • ✅ “Prize-wheel templates for Imba.”
  • ✅ “Imba tutorial: how to set up a prize wheel.”

3.2 Keep the “Made on IMBA” badge. On plans where it is displayed, the badge must stay as provided by the Service (Terms of Service, Section 8.4).

3.3 Use the official logo provided by Imba to indicate that your App or service is built on Imba, without modifying it. Official logo files are available on request at [email protected].

3.4 Write about Imba. Editorial, review, and tutorial content about Imba is welcome, provided it is accurate and not presented as official Imba material.

4. What requires our written permission

Unless you have our written permission, you must not:

  • (a) use an Imba Mark — or anything confusingly similar — as part of your company name, product name, App name, bot name, Telegram username or channel name, domain name, or social media handle (for example, “ImbaShop”, “ImbaPro”, “imba-apps.com”, “@imba_official_support”);
  • (b) use phrases suggesting an official relationship, such as “Imba Partner”, “Official Imba Agency”, “Imba Certified”, “Imba Expert”, or “Imba-approved”. These terms are reserved for official Imba programs and may be used only by their participants while their participation is active;
  • (c) make the Imba Mark more prominent than your own name or brand;
  • (d) modify, animate, recolor, or combine the Imba logo with other elements, or use outdated versions;
  • (e) create logos, designs, or interfaces that imitate Imba’s look and feel;
  • (f) use Imba Marks on merchandise or materials offered for sale.

5. Advertising rules

  • You must not bid on Imba Marks — including “Imba”, “IMBA”, “gTaps”, and misspellings — as keywords in search engines, app stores, or social advertising, or use them in ad display URLs.
  • In ad text, you may refer to Imba only descriptively (for example, “We build on Imba”). The ad must not suggest that it comes from or is endorsed by Imba.
  • Websites, channels, webinars, courses, and materials about Imba that are not produced by Imba must include a clear statement such as: “This content is independent and is not created, endorsed, or sponsored by Imba (AMP Catalyst LLC).”

6. Your Apps

Apps built on Imba belong to their operators. You must present your App under your own brand. Do not present your App, bot, or channel as if it were operated by Imba, or as an official Imba support channel.

7. Telegram

Telegram, Telegram Mini Apps, and Telegram Stars are trademarks of their respective owners. Imba is not affiliated with Telegram. When you refer to Telegram, follow Telegram’s own brand guidelines.

8. Enforcement

If we believe that your use of an Imba Mark violates this Policy, we may ask you to change or stop it. We may also suspend or terminate your account under the Terms of Service, remove your App or its content, terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program, or take legal action. We may revoke any permission we have given at any time.

9. Requesting permission or reporting misuse

To request permission or report misuse of Imba Marks: [email protected]

10. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
