AI Notice

Version 2.0 · Effective November 3, 2026

This AI Notice explains how AMP Catalyst LLC, doing business as “Imba” (“Imba”, “we”), uses artificial intelligence in the Service, how AI uses your data, and what you are responsible for. It forms part of the Agreement. If it conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. What our AI Features do

Imba uses AI to help you build and improve Telegram Mini Apps (“AI Features”). Current AI Features include:

  • App generation from a brief: you describe your business or upload examples; AI prepares a brief and specification, assembles an App from Imba’s existing components, and creates a visual moodboard to guide its look;
  • Design and content agent: edits texts, blocks, and design directly on your App’s pages at your request;
  • App blocks agent: adds, configures, and changes App components at your request.

AI Features work within Imba’s library of components: they configure and style existing components rather than creating new functionality. They are used in the Imba editor by Customers and their Authorized Users. If Imba offers AI Features that interact directly with End Users, Imba will label them as AI.

You stay in control. AI prepares a starting version and suggestions. You decide what to publish and you configure business rules such as prices, Coin rewards, prizes and their odds, and paywalls.

AI Features consume Credits as described in Section 8.2 of the Terms of Service. Plans may offer different AI model tiers (for example, “Standard” and “Advanced”).

2. Third-party AI models

AI Features are powered by large language models and other AI models provided by third-party AI providers. Requests are routed through OpenRouter, Inc. (USA), which passes them to the following model providers:

  • OpenAI, USA — main chat model (GPT mini) and image generation;
  • Anthropic PBC, USA — Claude models;
  • Google LLC, USA — Gemini models.

When you use AI Features, your Inputs and relevant context — including your App’s configuration, content, and analytics data in aggregated, anonymized form — are sent through OpenRouter to these providers to generate Outputs. We may change providers or models at any time.

We have configured our OpenRouter account so that AI providers may not use your Inputs or Outputs to train their models and do not retain them.

3. How Imba uses data to improve AI

What we use. On self-serve plans, Imba uses AI Training Data to develop, train, test, and improve its prompts, datasets, and AI Features. AI Training Data consists of:

  • your briefs, instructions, files, and other Inputs, and the resulting Outputs;
  • the configuration, structure, components, and design of your Apps;
  • App performance and usage metrics, in aggregated and de-identified form only.

What we do not use. Imba does not use End User Data — including End Users’ Telegram identifiers, names, form responses, messages, End User Database records, and transaction details — to train AI models.

No opt-out on self-serve plans. The use of AI Training Data is part of how the Service is provided and priced on self-serve plans and cannot be disabled. Data already incorporated into trained prompts, datasets, or models may not be removable. AI Training Data is not used for Customers on Enterprise plans, unless their Order Form says otherwise.

Platform Insights. Imba also creates aggregated, anonymized statistics across the platform that do not identify you, your App, or any individual (Terms of Service, Section 12.5).

4. Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

  • As between you and Imba, your Inputs and Outputs are your Customer Content, subject to Imba’s rights under Sections 11 and 12 of the Terms of Service.
  • Imba owns its AI Features, prompts, datasets, models, and improvements.
  • Outputs may not be unique. Similar Outputs may be generated for other customers. Outputs that are purely AI-generated may not be protected by copyright in some jurisdictions.

5. Accuracy, limitations, and human review

AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate, and may unintentionally resemble third-party content.

You must review all Outputs before publishing them — including texts, prices, offers, prize descriptions and rules, legal statements, and design — and check that they are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience, and that you have the rights to use them.

Imba does not review Outputs and makes no warranty about them. They are provided “as is” (Terms of Service, Section 15).

6. Using AI Features responsibly

You must not:

  • include sensitive personal data, or personal data beyond what is strictly necessary, in Inputs;
  • use AI Features to create content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law;
  • create deceptive deepfakes or impersonations;
  • present AI-generated content as human-made where disclosure is required by law;
  • attempt to extract prompts or model behavior, bypass safety controls, or build competing AI models.

If you see an Output that is harmful or inappropriate, please report it to [email protected].

7. Transparency and the EU AI Act

Imba’s AI Features are general-purpose design and content tools. They are not intended for uses classified as “high-risk” under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), such as employment decisions, candidate screening or ranking, credit scoring, or access to essential services. You must not use AI Features for such purposes, including in HR or recruitment Apps.

You are responsible for assessing whether your use of AI-generated content in your App requires any disclosure under applicable law and for providing it.

8. Availability

AI Features depend on third-party providers. They may be unavailable, slower, or changed without notice. Downtime caused by third-party AI providers does not entitle you to refunds or credits, except where required by law.

9. Your privacy policy

Your App’s privacy policy must describe Imba’s role (Terms of Service, Section 6.2). Suggested wording:

“This app is built on Imba. Imba processes app data on our behalf as our service provider. If the app becomes unavailable, Imba may inform you of this and show you other apps built on Imba, as described in Imba’s Privacy Statement at https://imba.global/privacy_statement.”

10. Changes and contact

We will update this AI Notice as our AI Features and the law evolve. Material changes will be notified in accordance with the Terms of Service.
