Cookie Statement

Version 2.0 · Effective November 3, 2026

This Cookie Statement explains how AMP Catalyst LLC, doing business as “Imba” (“Imba”, “we”), uses cookies and similar technologies on:

  • our website https://imba.global and its subdomains (the “Website”);
  • the Imba dashboard and editor used by Customers (the “Dashboard”);
  • Telegram Mini Apps built with Imba (“Apps”) — see Section 6.

It should be read together with our Privacy Statement.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. We also use similar technologies — local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits (SDKs). In this Statement, we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

  • First-party cookies are set by Imba. Third-party cookies are set by other companies, such as analytics providers.
  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

2. Types of cookies we use

4. Your choices

  • Consent banner. When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner asks for your consent before we place non-essential cookies, including analytics cookies, where required by law. You can accept, reject, or customize them, and change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer.
  • Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the Website or Dashboard from working.
  • Withdrawal. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. U.S. state privacy rights

We do not use advertising cookies or pixels and do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of analytics cookies where required by law.

6. Telegram Mini Apps built with Imba

Apps run inside Telegram’s in-app browser. To make an App work, Imba may use local or session storage and event logging that are strictly necessary to provide the Service and security.

Imba does not place analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies, pixels, or other third-party tracking technologies in Apps.

Customers can add their own code, pixels, analytics, or embedded pages to their Apps (for example, through the HTML element) and can embed third-party media such as YouTube or Rutube videos. Those technologies are controlled by the Customer and the third party, not by Imba. The Customer who operates the App is responsible for them and for obtaining any consent they require, and the App operator’s privacy policy applies.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Statement when we change the technologies we use. The date at the top shows the latest version.
